Sometimes the simplest thing is the most effective way to keep track of your progress. This is the JMG Exercise Logbook. Use this to log your workouts, cardio or strength training! We've also included a few assessments for you to take, including the Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire, Body Composition, and Cardiac Risk Factors.
Aside from being your exercise logbook, we also want you to use this as your nutrition tracker too! Covering up to 6 meals a day, all you have to do is log what time your meal was, a description of your meal, and then a nutritional breakdown of the meal for macros.
